How it Works

Fill in the form for your chosen survey or valuation, and we’ll be in touch with more information and payment details.

Step 2: The survey will be conducted

One of our RICS-regulated surveyors would be appointed to conduct the survey as requested.

Step 3: Collating of results

After the survey or valuation has been completed, your RICS registered surveyor will collate and present the results of your survey in a detailed, easy-to-read format within 6 working days of completing the inspection.

Step 4: Survey Queries

Building Survey

Our RICS regulated surveyors will inspect the property for signs of structural damage and disrepair. This type of survey is typically carried out on older properties with hidden damage, and those in need of major renovation.

£900 for up to a 2-bed property
  • £969 for a 3-bed property
  • £1049 for a 4-bed property
  • £1199 for a 5-bed property
